We continued our coverage about the Texas Drought with guest, Brad Rippey, an agricultural meteorologist with USDA’s Office of the Chief Economist, and the managing editor of the Weekly Weather and Crop Bulletin, a cooperative effort between the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and USDA. Rippey says “Winter wheat in the Lone Star State will be the first area of concern as La Nina reestablishes itself over the Southern US.”
