Volcanoes

Today we talk about volcanoes, including the one in Iceland which recently erupted. None of us on the show can pronounce its name, including our 2 guests, one of which is a Volcanologist with a PhD, and another is actually in Iceland doing volcano research. Go figure.

Anyway, our guests for this explosive show are:

Jim Gardner, Professor in UT’s Geology department and published volcanologist

Joseph Battire, SMU Fulbright Scholar doing research in Iceland

(Joe established the long distance caller record for Shades of Green this week phoning all the way from Iceland!)
