Tom Davis is webmaster of Transition Austin, whose Mission is “Sparking Austin’s Transition to ecological and social resilience amid global economic and environmental crises through education, organizing, and community building.”, their task is “To raise awareness among Austin’s people about the reality of peak oil and global climate change, and to teach & model effective ways for all of us to get through those crises in ways that enhance the quality of life of the people of Austin.”
